Angel was denied surgery for 5 months while being held by ICE at Broward Transitional Center. Those bastards at ICE would rather let him get out than to pay for his surgery! He is undocumented and as such he has no medical insurance. So far one hospital has already denied him access & surgery because he was undocumented.
